Bulk unlimited upload of properties via your property management software (click here for details) - normal price $230 per month	FREE

Prices are inclusive of GST and are billed in New Zealand dollars

Advertising costs on single advertisements, pre-paid or on account, are until you remove them from this site (i.e. until you rent the property).

We will send you a reminder if the listing is still on this site after 60 days which allows you to extend the listing for free. If you don't extend the listing within 14 days of the expiry of the 60 days you will have to pay to relist the property.... UNLESS you are a illion Tenancy member which means it will still be free. Not an illion Tenancy member? Join at www.illiontenancy.co.nz

Your credit or debit card statement will show that you have been billed by illion Tenancy.
